Alfredo Rodriguez, Broker and CEO of ANR Realty and licensed Florida real estate instructor

Alfredo Rodriguez is a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, investor, and real estate instructor in Florida.

Born in Cuba, he arrived in the United States at age 16 with the desire to build a better future. He had his first professional introduction to the real estate world in 2014 and began actively practicing in 2018. In his first year, he completed approximately 34 transactions, and since then he has maintained an annual production of between 50 and 60 transactions.

His experience led him to obtain his Real Estate Broker license, allowing him not only to develop his own business but also to lead, train, and help other agents generate results. Additionally, as a Mortgage Loan Originator, he has expanded his knowledge of the financial process behind a purchase, helping clients better understand the path to acquiring a property. Today, after years of working directly with buyers, sellers, investors, and agents, Alfredo has taken on a new mission as a real estate instructor: sharing the experience and tools that allowed him to go from immigrant to entrepreneur and real estate investor.

His purpose is simple: not just to teach others how to get a license, but to show them what they can build with it.

  • Active industry perspective Taught by an active broker drawing on an established Tampa Bay brokerage with over 500 real estate transactions.
  • Education beyond the exam The license is the beginning, not the finish line — we teach you how to build a career.
  • Bilingual access Education offered in Spanish so language never becomes the reason someone walks away.

Why ANR

Two barriers we exist to remove.

The first is language. There are people with the desire, ability, and motivation to enter real estate, but who hold back because of English proficiency. We offer education in Spanish so language never becomes the reason someone walks away from a professional opportunity. The second comes after the license. Many new agents get licensed and then face one big question — 'I have my license… now what?' We bridge both gaps: making education more accessible to our Hispanic community, and preparing students to turn their license into a real career.
